The bathroom door hinge was missing wood and poorly painted!!! Shower curtain rod needs a secure reinstallation!!! Noise from the cleaning crew made it difficult to relax during the day!!! Room keys deactivated daily, very inconvenient!!!

The room had clean carpets and new-looking floors. The queen bed felt comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The location was great, perfect for our needs during the stay. However, the air conditioning was quite troublesome. Adjusting the temperature was a battle. Sometimes it felt like it would revert back to being warm despite my efforts to cool it down. On top of that, noise from cleaning staff during the day disrupted our peace. We had to frequently go to the front office to reactivate our room keys, which became annoying. Also, the bathroom showed signs of aging, like a door hinge that seemed flimsy. I wish there had been coffee available in the morning too. it was a letdown. Despite these issues, it wasn't a terrible stay overall.

the loyalty inn has a nice property with clean rooms. the floors looked new, and the queen room was comfortable. i enjoyed the recreational opportunities they offer too.
i do recommend, but the bathroom could use some attention.
